Our client, a well-established company in the food production industry located in Zottegem, is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Operator.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

As a Technical Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process.

You ensure that the production lines run efficiently and intervene quickly whenever deviations occur. Thanks to your technical insight, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, production continues smoothly.

Your responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production lines.
• Performing quality checks and making adjustments where necessary.
• Detecting technical malfunctions and independently resolving minor defects.
• Carrying out machine changeovers, cleaning your equipment, and ensuring machines function correctly.
• Recording production data and strictly following established procedures.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance and actively contributing ideas for process improvements.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday in a two-shift system:

• Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• You have previous experience as a Technical Operator.
• You have a strong technical interest and are eager to learn.
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English.
• You work accurately, responsibly, and have a strong focus on quality.
• You can independently analyze and solve technical issues.
• You perform well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• You are stress-resistant and thrive in a production environment where pace is important.
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy taking initiative.
• You have your own transportation or can easily commute to the workplace.
• You live within a 20 km radius of Zottegem.
